Early Life
Arlo Vale's early life was ordinary until he was forcibly drafted into the military during a major war. At first, he had no choice but to fight. However, as the war continued, Arlo discovered that he was good at killing and being a soldier.
The intensity of combat later appealed to him, and he quickly became an effective and enthusiastic soldier. Rather than being disturbed by what he was doing, Arlo found himself drawn to the power and excitement of warfare.
During the war, Arlo also developed an interest in chemistry. He became fascinated by the ways chemicals could be used in medicine, warfare, and everyday life. Eventually, his interest in chemistry gave him a reason to pursue a new path after the war.
