You have not come forward with the agreed upon heads of cattle and You have also not written me any lines after receiving my letter that You would deliver them.

Therefore, I will write you a few lines about how we resolved this.

My men encountered Your men when passing through [[Hubganda]]. It was decided there that since You would not deliver the heads of cattle, we should acquire a refund out of fairness. We asked Your men to hand over their gear and return to [[Amerue]] safely.

But they refused and a battle ensued, for which Your men were not prepared. Many of them were killed and had their gear taken away, the rest fled.

The losses on our side were kept to a minimum, amounting to a handful of horses, which was acceptable.

No women and children came to harm!

My men did not pursue Yours nor did they seek further confrontation and returned to [[Hais!am]] with the refund.

I think we are now on equal footing and have been compensated in a fair manner. Our children will not be throwing eggs anymore. But You must know that breaking agreements has consequences, even a child knows that!
