	He joined the fledgling Elliran Navy early in his youth, to support his family after his mother was injured in a skirmish with the Somoto. Nevertheless the overall battle soon turned against the Elliri after the Somoto's surprise force arrived at the rear of the battle and ~~encircle~~ the Elliri command.
