We regret to inform you of your parent's passing. We understand this may be a difficult time, so take all the time you need. However, there is a matter that is of great importance to you.

In your parents will, they have entrusted the Heartwood Estate, due west of Demeralia, to you. Local Demeralian custom means that you have full control over the fate of the Estate's farmstead, as well as it's bountiful fields.
