The Serrano government is pleased to announce several new steps in the growth of Serrano's cultural and diplomatic institutions.

The Serrano History Museum will now open its doors, following work to preserve history and artifacts.

Serrano is also proud to announce the establishment of its first foreign embassies for Technate of Koperdam, Union of Coronado and Kheta-Kedet within its borders.

Finally, Serrano has begun the foundations of a local library intended to collect and preserve Serrano texts alongside writings from neighbouring nations.
