Marko Heinberg spent most of his life going to places. He sailed to ports and traded things with people he met. Marko Heinberg saw new places and got good at talking to people and finding valuable things. All his travels made his life comfortable. He got many nice things. Marko Heinberg lost everything in one night. A big storm came when Marko Heinberg was sailing. The waves were huge. Threw his boat around. Marko Heinberg tried to control the boat. The storm was too strong. The waves broke his boat and Marko Heinberg lost everything. All his valuable things, money and clothes went into the water. Marko Heinberg was all alone now. He swam to the shore of a beach on a big rocky island. Marko Heinberg was very tired and cold. Had nothing. He had no clothes, no things, no boat. Did not know where he was. So Marko Heinberg just sat on the beach. Hoped someone would find him. Then someone found Marko Heinberg on the beach. They saw how bad he looked and decided to help him. They gave Marko Heinberg some clothes to wear so he could feel a little better. This person helped Marko Heinberg more. They gave Marko Heinberg a job and a chance to start his life again. Marko Heinberg had lost everything. This help made him want to keep going. Marko Heiberg had nothing except the clothes he got. So he said yes to the job. Now Marko Heiberg is far, from his life. He has no money, no things. Does not know what will happen next.. Marko Heiberg knows he can get through anything because he survived the big storm. Marko Heiberg lost his life in the sea. Now Marko Heiberg is starting a life.

Life Adventures - Part 1

After arriving in Koperdam with nothing but the suit he had been given Marko Heiberg never expected his life to change quickly. For a man who had recently lost his boat, belongings and everything he once owned simply having a place to call home seemed like a dream.

However thanks to the opportunity he had been given Marko was able to work and slowly rebuild his life. His job provided him with the stability he needed and before long he had managed to acquire a home in the city of Clockhaven, Koperdam.

Standing inside his home Marko couldn't help but think about how different his life was only a short while ago. Not ago he had been stranded on a rocky beach with nothing to his name. Now he finally had a roof over his head and a place he could truly call his own.

Marko is deeply grateful for the opportunity his job has given him. Without it acquiring a home soon after losing everything would have seemed impossible.

For Marko Heiberg this home represents more than a building. It is the real sign that he is finally starting to rebuild the life he lost.

A new home. A new beginning. A new life, in Clockhaven.

Koperdam had given Marko Heiberg more than Marko had ever imagined. After Marko lost everything at sea Marko found here a chance, a new home and a way to rebuild Marko’s life.

During Marko Heiberg’s time in Koperdam Marko met kind and interesting people. Every person Marko met every talk Marko had and everything Marko was given became part of Marko’s journey. Marko would always be grateful for the kindness Marko received and for the memories Marko made here.

Despite all that Koperdam had given Marko Heiberg Marko still felt something was missing.

Marko Heiberg’s heart still belonged to the road and the endless sea. Marko missed traveling from place to place trading goods, discovering places and most of all meeting new people. Settling down had given Marko comfort. The life of a traveller was something Marko could never truly leave behind.

One day Marko Heiberg packed his belongings. Took one last look around Clockhaven. Marko slowly walked to the station carrying with Marko the memories of everything that had happened since the day Marko arrived.

As Marko Heiberg stood at the station Marko looked back at Clockhaven one time.

"Goodbye, Clockhaven. Goodbye, Koperdam. Thank you for everything."

With those words Marko Heiberg boarded the train. Left Clockhaven behind.

A new journey awaited Marko Heiberg.
