The following message is a speech given by The King, translated to Common for ease of understanding to foreign peoples.
Today we, the city and government, announce to the world, the opening of the borders of The Union of the Fortress City of Bloemendaal and the Free Towns of Zonnenberg and Honingsdam along the Kingsdeep, to all foreigners
