Otlu Altek

History

Childhood

Born to a Kobold Drenscale family in the rivers of the continent, Otlu Altek was different from a young age. As others struggled to remain above water for prolonged periods of time, Otlu was capable of withstanding terrestrial conditions for significantly longer. He also differed cognitively, where he surpassed his peers early in his development, diverging from his draconic tounge to engage in trading in nearby markets.

Early life

As Otlu reached adulthood, he was one day approached by a man called Kaelurun Voltkri, who would encourage him to take up a more active role in the Covenant, and put his capabilities to use for the people of the continent. Otlu agreed, seeing potential in the scattered peoples.
