The Technate of Koperdam ( Dutch: Het Technaat van Koperdam ) is a sovereign meritocratic technocracy located on ( continent ). Founded at the beginning of Era Nova, it is governed through a diarchy consisting of two Chief Artificers, Sir Henry Westcroft and Sir Percival van der Berg, who jointly serve as heads of state. The Technate is internationally recognised for its advanced engineering, public infrastructure, industrial economy, and emphasis on scientific research, education, and technological innovation.
