Henry knelt, running a gloved hand across the snow beneath his boots. The world stretched out before him, untouched and full of possibility.

"...What a remarkable sight."

Henry unfolded a worn notebook, sketching the outline of the coastline and the rolling hills.

"A railway could pass through there... a foundry beside that hill... perhaps an observatory atop that ridge"

Henry knew from this point onwards, that this land was better than he and Percival could have ever dreamed of. As he looked upon the towering peaks surrounding him, Henry made one final note in his journal.
