Covenant of Grusaak
The Covenant of Grusaak is the official state of the Kobold peoples and the sub species . It was founded in the Era Vetus Year 3 by Kaelurun Voltkr, who first united the Kobold peoples of the south west continent of Glortica, it is a feudal monarchy, with power residing in with the hand of Driisar who is the head of state and the head of the Words of Driisar religion
The Covenant is extremely decentralised with no official capital or central city to note but tonnes of smaller tribes and towns that make up the covenant

History
Formation / creation
For Years the mangrove and the jungles of southern Gloritica had tonnes of smaller kobold tribes made up the region, with many different races of Kobold, Kobold Deepfolk, Kobold wingmen and Kobold who all had there own small communities and separate tribes. since the worlds beginnings these tribes had kept to each other, trading, fighting wars rarely interacting with the outside world then 4 years before the formation of Grusaak the great slaughter came, A unknown group of humaoids had attacked multiple villages and tribes, burning down villages and kidnapping kids. this had splintered the tribes making them all extremely weekended and shared a common hated Kaelurun Voltkr had been a witness to all of this seeing his own family and friends murdered in this he set out on his own goal to unite the tribes. He moved from tribe to tribe talking to chiefdoms, settling differences between tribes and leading the tribes to united under his banner no matter what, forming the covenant of grusaak and putting together a council made up of tribal leaders to stabilise the nation and throughout his term had done everything to stabilise the nation, becoming fameous for his leadership style where he instead of leading from afar would be one of the first to place a brick in a building, or be the first to throw a spear in a hunt quickly becoming one of the most popular figures in the nation
