Józef Kataczyk
Józef Kataczyk - Glorian Medical Doctor and writer. He has studied medicine, politics, philosophy and economy. He currently works in the first settlement of Gloracja. Kataczyk is known to be an incredibly serious, disapproving man amongst his community, although he commonly helps those in need, especially injured manual labourers.

Biography
Life during Era Vetus
He was born during the August of year -29 of Era Vetus. Born into poverty, he didn't experience much luxury growing up. He was rapidly employed as a child at age 12 by a local woodworker. He sold toys and practical items for money to help his ill mother, who passed away when Józef was 14 at the age of 45.
This sent young Kataczyk into a deep depression which he wrote about extensively in his diaries, now lost to time. He wrote amateur poetry about the passing of his mother whilst still working to keep himself afloat, getting experienced with woodworking. He often camped outside of school buildings in his free time,
eavesdropping on the lessons. He quickly learnt mathematics and geography. At the age of 16 his employer passed away due to a heart attack, when Kataczyk took his position as owner of the store. There he saved up enough money to guarantee education at the local school of medicine. From there whilst balancing
school and his job he continued to write poetry, study philosophical works and interest himself in the fine arts. He rapidly arose as a top student and graduated a year early, from then on becoming a medical doctor and continuing to study political sciences and economy.
Settling in Gloracja
At the age of 30 he was approached by a group of settlers venturing to a distant land looking for a medic for the journey and future ventures. He took off with them after the passing of his father. He extensively documented the long and strenuous journey where he experienced the death of multiple people due to cold, hunger
and illness.
