Hiyori

Hiyori is a descendant of the original settlers in Serrano. She is a known figure within Serranos history, mostly associated with a philosophical, personal need and search for freedom, questioning if the past settlement ideals have been preserved or eroded after time.

Background

Hiyori was born generations after the original settlers, miners and ranchers who first arrived on the frontier and founded it. She has never lived under the outside governments that had once ruled over the region, nor has she experienced withdrawal of the past settlers that left the frontier to govern itself. Her only inheritance was the frontier as it currently is, stateless, self reliant, and held together by the Frontier Code.
