Star Elves are a mountainous elven variant originating from the End, recognized by their star-shaped pupils, body symbols, and powerful celestial magic.

Description Star Elves are a specific variant of Elven creatures. Originating from the end, Star Elves have migrated to the Overworld many generations ago. There are none alive who remember this migration save — supposedly — the High Council. Now they are found close to the sky, most often making their home on, in and around various mountains. Culture Their general culture may shift depending on the region or nation they live in. But there are a few customs that still bind them all. Star Elves are identified by a star symbol unique to each one on their bodies and their star shaped pupils. Earning their symbol is a coming of age rite in their culture and after earning the first one, additional symbols may be added at a whim, though they often denote big milestones in a Star Elf's life.

Lifespan The oldest Star Elves, those making up the High Council, are supposedly centuries old. They are very rarely seen though, and the average Star Elf will live up 200 years at most. They retain their youthfulness throughout most of their life and only begin visibly aging around 130. Abilities Physical prowess A Star Elf’s physical condition is not any different than a humans. Mental prowess A Star Elf’s cognition does not differ much from a human’s. Magical prowess Star Elves have an incredibly easy time reading the stars, whether it be for directions or futures. Much of their abilities draw upon the celestial, their magic often denoted with blue sparks and star shaped particales. They have access to what essentially functions as a better mage hand, able to lift a great many things with magic, though nothing too heavy. They possess dark vision, they cannot be put to sleep by magic and are highly perceptive. Star Elves are also able to conjure small illusions of the night sky.
