Formation of Tryhaugen (750-326 Years Ago)
Tryhaugen first took form as The Tryhaugen Kingdom, which was established on the Sylvanian Peninsula (Southern region of the Tamarisk continent) around 730 to 750 years ago. Before the "Great Kingdom" (as it became called), the region was home to numerous large city-states, which are all considered as Tryhaugs. which were constantly warring over land, resources, and trade routes. Weakened years of instability and facing new threats from northern invaders, societies across the city-states began to fall apart. When hope had almost completely faded away, a military commander from the city-state of Mythrios arose as a leader above all else, declaring he would unite the city-states in strength if all Tryhaugs would abide to it. His name was Severus Cassius. Fed up with their own leadership, Tryhaugs across the city-states revolted against their government and joined Cassius's movement. 570 years ago, Tryhaugen united under Cassius's kingship. By 560 years ago, The Tryhaugen Kingdom had expanded all the way to the southernmost region of the Sylvanian Peninsula.
A New Tryhaugen (325 Years Ago-Present)
After the passing of the King Rex Mortuus 326 years ago, Tryhaugen entered a state of decline. The heir to the throne was as lazy as he was dull, and he was incapable of keeping the kingdom together. Around 300 years ago, the land of Tryhaugen had broken up into smaller territories controlled by monarchs and warlords. After the Great Reformation 120 years ago, Tryhaugen was reunited under a presidental republic, which still stands today. While Tryhaugen doesn't include all of it's previous land from the great kingdom, the most recent president has shown interest in expansion.

Capital- Founded in Year 7 by Roulette, the capital, Severius, was established as the center of his growing influence and authority. Under his leadership, the settlement gradually developed into a major political stronghold, attracting those drawn to his power. Over time, the capital became a symbol of Roulette's rule, reflecting the reputation that surrounded his name.
Government - The capital currently operates under Tryhaugen. Roulette founded the city in Year 7 and serves as its primary authority. The government is centralized under his leadership, with political decisions, economic management, and internal affairs remaining under his control. Through his influence, Roulette maintains order throughout the capital, shaping its laws and policies to reflect his vision.
History - Under his leadership, Roulette decided to name the nation after the word "Jester" or, "Fool" in Latin. The settlement developed into a seat of power, reflecting his ambitions and influence. Over time, Roulette's rule became increasingly associated with dark magic and violence. These events would become a defining moment in the nation's history, shaping Roulette's legacy and the capital's reputation for years to come.
