Harakhas Gomas/The Kaptein, the Gold and Faraway Trade

Harakhas received a large amount of gold from Dorurams. He also learned of rumors about potential trade with Istri//aes (Istrania), which lay to the south according to the map he had received from Percival.
It would be a difficult task for his traders to reach it by land. Trying to reach it with their small boats by sea, even when travelling along the coast, would be risky. Not because of currents or turbulence, but because of the Khasholo on Lofoai.
He decided to risk it.
Harakhas did not go himself, but he sent a band with their small boats, together with some gold. He wanted to know what goods would await them.
They departed and passed Lofoai unnoticed both times. They even noticed a Khasholo village within the dense woodlands of the Hais!uti, but went unnoticed both times as they passed.
When they returned to Hais!am, they had brought things from Istri//aes and presented them to the Kaptein and others.
They still had gold too!
Besides food and some curious plants, they brought various types of beautifully coloured wood, particularly red wood, which was called mangrove.
The Kaptein was pleased by this and rewarded them accordingly.
