A New Beginning
My name is Edmund A. Varny. I have been sent north from Demeralia by the governor with a simple, yet ambitious purpose: to establish relations, lay the foundations of a new settlement, and begin building what will one day become a huge lumber exporting region for Coronado.
I leave Demeralia knowing that the road ahead will not be easy. The north is unfamiliar to me, but I see opportunity in its forests, its people, and its untamed land. I hope to earn the trust of those I meet and turn this distant frontier into something i can call home.
