History

Childhood

Born to a Kobold Drenscale family in the rivers of the continent, Otlu Altek lived a standard childhood, swimming the rivers, hunting fish and embracing his community. From a young age the elders of his tribe recognised he was cognitively gifted, surpassing his peers early in his development, diverging from his draconic tounge to engage in trading in nearby markets.

Early life

As Otlu reached adulthood, he was one day approached by a man called Kaelurun Voltkr, who would encourage him to take up a more active role in the Covenant, and put his capabilities to use for the people of the continent. Otlu agreed, seeing potential in the scattered peoples. From that day he would start to assist in the development of industry within the covenant, where he found he had an aptitude for engineering.

Life in Aquila

Once Otlu had established himself with the necessary tools and knowledge, he went about starting to create more formal settlements for the Drenscale people who had previously lived as wanderers. This started with the settlement of Drielkir Bepruc, a small concealed settlement located under the main industry within Grusaak.

Career

Established, and now leads Wer Misura Tsai, the major Drenscale tribe within Grusaak.

Appearance

A normal size for a Drenscale, standing at around 5"4 with narrow frame. Otlu is a deep blue colour, tainted slightly green by algal growth on his scales. This is paired with a pair of strikingly blue eyes, filled completely with iris. This colour palette allows for Otlu to camouflage very well when submerged deep in the jungle rivers.
