Koperdam had given Marko Heiberg more than Marko had ever imagined. After Marko lost everything at sea Marko found here a chance, a new home and a way to rebuild Marko’s life.
During Marko Heiberg’s time in Koperdam Marko met kind and interesting people. Every person Marko met every talk Marko had and everything Marko was given became part of Marko’s journey. Marko would always be grateful for the kindness Marko received and for the memories Marko made here.
Despite all that Koperdam had given Marko Heiberg Marko still felt something was missing.
Marko Heiberg’s heart still belonged to the road and the endless sea. Marko missed traveling from place to place trading goods, discovering places and most of all meeting new people. Settling down had given Marko comfort. The life of a traveller was something Marko could never truly leave behind.
One day Marko Heiberg packed his belongings. Took one last look around Clockhaven. Marko slowly walked to the station carrying with Marko the memories of everything that had happened since the day Marko arrived.
As Marko Heiberg stood at the station Marko looked back at Clockhaven one time.
"Goodbye, Clockhaven. Goodbye, Koperdam. Thank you for everything."
With those words Marko Heiberg boarded the train. Left Clockhaven behind.
A new journey awaited Marko Heiberg.
Once again, Marko Heiberg was on the road.
