The Commissionerate denounces in no uncertain terms this unilateral and blatant annexation of territory by Koperdam. The proposed borders are only a stone's throw away from L'isla and the Sogn of the God King, arguably rendering the technate as a more direct threat to the principality than even the Somotho. Science progresses by peer review and mutual consensus; no such consensus was ever attempted by the Technate in their unilateral decision.
Failure to address our concerns can only mean that the Technate is no free beacon of knowledge it claims to be; it instead follows along the path of any wanton conqueror who builds their kingdoms on the bones and sweat of the small and the humble.
Let it be known in no uncertain terms — As of this moment, the Vanguard views the Technate as a grave threat and will confer with our overlord and protector, the Eternal Kingdom of Istrania, on appropriate steps to be taken to counter this threat.
