Illias Goldman,

I've read your letter. You ask about whether Koperdams intentions are pure or not. Personally, I never thought they were. A reporter in jail and a softer headline doesn't change anything for me, or for any Serranans. They fixed their wording, but not their plans.

So yes, they still pose a threat to Serrano; I can agree on that with you.

I have asked myself many, MANY times if talking should be enough, and I am starting to believe that it isn't. A foreign power that puts a flag first, softens their voice afterwards, and keeps building while we argue. So I stand with you. If they refuse to negotiate or withdraw from Hebi, Serrano must be ready to defend our lands with force.

Let us give Koperdam one last and clear chance to withdraw, and let them know immediately that if they refuse, we will be ready.

I would like to meet up and discuss further in person. If you are willing, I'd prefer to start planning this out.
