The following document proves the newly established alliance between Gloracja and Serrano, based around trade and protection. It has been established as a way to guard Serrano from outside threats while still benefiting the timocracy of Gloracja. The Serrano-Gloracja Protectorate Treaty
Serrano’s responsibilities
- Serrano shall transfer 10% of the physical mineral output extracted from Serrano territory each month to Gloracja
- Serrano shall export terracotta and wood into Gloracja
- Serrano shall grant Gloracja exclusive extraction rights to designated mineral deposits within Serrano, while retaining sovereignty over the territory and internal law.
- Serrano shall not enter military offensive conflict without discussing it with the leaders of Gloracja, which will have veto power
Serrano’s benefits
- Serrano will be defended by Glorian forces in case of invasion
- Serrano shall be granted access to Gloracja’s military aid in case of emergency
- Serrano shall be granted trade benefits with Gloracja
- Serrano’s infrastructure shall be developed both for defense and residential areas by Glorian forces
- Serrano shall remain domestically independent in internal law
- Serrano shall receive natural exotic Glorian imports
