Biography & History
Early Life
Angel was born in a small villager settlement on the south western edge of what would become Zimanya, the son of a trader and a woodworker. From a young age he showed little interest in the family trade, instead spending his time following the local hunters and trackers through the frozen forests. He learned to read terrain before he learned to read books, and that instinct for the land would define the rest of his life.
Rise to Prominence
As the region now known as Zimanya began to grow from scattered camps into something resembling a true nation, Angel volunteered to help map and secure its ever shifting borders. His willingness to go where others hesitated earned him a reputation among the settlers, and within a few years he was leading expeditions to claim new territory for the growing state. It was this work that eventually saw him appointed Marchwarden, tasked with guarding and expanding the frontier.

Angel led several successful pushes to extend Zimanya's borders, securing key resources and strategic ground that allowed the nation to establish itself firmly alongside the south western Kolvana continent.
