The Chiefdom of Baylara is an absolute Monarchy on the [CONTINENT] ruled by their High Chief Estorrum. While the Balaran People lived there for a long while the State itself was only founded recently after the Confederation of multiple Balaran Chiefdoms by Estorrums father, who's name is unknown. The capital is Fort Esta, a failed colony from an unknown civilization wich surrounded by Mudhuts and small farms.
