The representative for Coronado, Edmund, offered to show the Kaptein some places in Coronado, to which he agreed.
He brough him to Calvare. The Kaptein thought it was a town several generations old due to the size of the buildings and was surprised when Edmund mentioned that it was only recently established.
They also talked about the big flag on top of a building which may have started to inspire Harakhas to introduce a flag for Kuriaes too.
He was also shown a large farm with several heads of cattle and a windmill.
It was there that they talked about the meeting. It may not have brought many results but it was insightful indeed. The nations of the Khasholo, Kuriaes and Coronado have so far abstained from a possible desert alliance due to the war and due to their general scepticism.
The other strange topic was about the portal. Harakhas and Edmund both wondered: Why only warn us about the threat now if it had existed for generations? Why urge us to destroy some frail, and partly already covered, portals that emit no light?
What piqued our curiosity even more was the gold that came out of the portal. Edmund managed to grab the ingot dropped by the bipedal pig.
The gold was pure, unlike anything either of them has ever seen before.
The meeting was strange yet insightful...
Eventually, both men had to attend important matters and parted ways for now. With the Kaptein heading back to Hais!am.
