Ilaeni Elves

Descendants of the stars, now vowed to study them and watch them from afar.

Description

Ilaeni Elves are a specific elf subspecies. They are usually much shorter than you would expect of an elf, their average height being much closer to that of humans. Ilaeni elves tend to have blueish or purplish skintones, varying drastically in over all range. They are rumored to have come from the stars, and as such, they are quite fascinated by them. The simple believed truth, however, is that the Ilaeni actually descended from elves living in underground lush caverns a long time ago. A group made it to the surface during night time, and were enthralled by the stars that shone brightly above. Ever since, they have been watching and studying them.

Ilaeni elves typically live anywhere between 60 to 80 years.

Physical prowess

The Ilaeni are typically slightly stronger than the average human. They also posses incredible eyesight in the dark, and have a much easier time navigating caves or dark places which would be naturally lacking in any form of light.

Mental prowess

There are little to no difference between an Ilaeni's wit and a humans. They are innately gifted with understanding the stars and studies revolving astrology, and usually most other scientific fields.

Magical prowess

The Ilaeni are quite gifted with earth magic. They are able to pick up spells that allow them to control plants very easily, as their general connection to nature is much stronger than most other creatures. Using the stars, they are also able to conjure visions of ones destiny.
