Early life
At an unknown date in the recent past, Kcnelf's tribe was eliminated by a cave-in in the labyrinthine dripstone caves beneath the jungles of Grusaak. To their knowledge, they are the only survivor of the collapse. After months of mining and surviving off of rotten flesh and glowberries, they came across a small community of surface kobolds. Those kobolds of the Covenant had built a small mining outpost below the surface. Kcnelf was quick to claim this outpost as their home.
Life in Aquila
For a brief time, Kcnelf worked as a mining labourer for the Covenant of Grusaak, providing their settlements with resources from the mining outpost and forming close bonds with their fellow kobolds. One day, a traveler from the North visited, offering to bring Kcnelf along on their journey. Kcnelf leapt at the opportunity to explore, reaching as far as the Union of Coronado. After a while exploring the north lands, Kcnelf realised there was no safe route home for them. They then decided to set up camp across the river from Demeralia.
