To those whom it concerns!
We, the Kuri//aes, have defeated the majority of the Somotho, a barbaric and negotiation-resistant people.
They have killed, pillaged and expelled our people from the Savannah of the Gaunais, our ancestral homeland.
They have also terrorized many others, including the Koperdamers and the Vanguard.
Now we have defeated and expelled them, as its only fair, and returned to the land we historically inhabited.
As you may know, there was a great controvery about Koperdam laying claim to that land due to the so called Gateway. However, my friends from Koperdam have agreed to let us inhabit the area again. We will build graves for our ancestors and fallen people there!
Furthermore, we permit them to proceed with the construction and maintainance of the Gateway Railroad Station. They have already paid to be allowed to do so by helping us against the Somotho!
And I can assure you that we will watch them closely and make sure that Koperdam does not threaten to harm anyones sovereignty and freedom from there. I know your concerns! I hope the people of Istriaes, Coroniaes and Serriaes can rest easy with that fact. May peace be the only thing we know among us civilized people!
We have also signed a very good railroad treaty with Koperdam. However, the JNR will not be affected by it!
