The Guild Opens Branch in Serrano

While the main guild hall remains in the southern continent, the northern continent doesn't have very much access to the main hall, so we at The Guild decided to build a branch.
With the permission of the Serrano people, we've built a branch with their help.
With the finished construction, the northern continent now has easy access to The Guild and their resources.
