The recruitment period has passed, and it is now time for action.
Baxter, under Demeralian administration, has long been the home to criminals of every kind, be it robber barons, murderers, bandits, or your petty thief. Authority and security have been non-existent. So, it's up to the rangers.
GOAL 1: FORT BAXTER
It's important for a center of security to be built in the province. Fort Baxter will be this center. It will be fit with quarters, an armory, a command center, and a jail. There should also be a market, in case any travelers come by, needing supplies.
GOAL 2: POINT LOOKOUT
Point Lookout and Fort Baxter should work in combination with eachother. Point Lookout will operate as an outpost, feeding information to the fort; in return, the point gets supplies.
The directive should be carried out expediently, but not in an unsafe manner. The engineers shall be organized into the Coronado Ranger Engineer Corps, and will carry out designing, before construction begins.
