After a raid from a neighboring tribe his father decided to travel south to what is now Baylara where Estorrum lived most of his live. Started a local farming to not have to import food and started making the capital city an actual city. He did that by building city walls and houses, giving tax exemptions for familys with 2 or more children. The population under him has boomed and is in what some citizens call it a golden age. However under his newest achievements also stand a gallow for public hangings and a Dungeon under his palace were torture is common place wich also gave a rise to a group of critics. | |||
