Kheta-Kedet (Etymology: Kheta - "Goddess" ; Kedet - "Construction Site", "The City of the Goddess") is a monarchy found on Hekamat and neighboring The Union of Coronado, The Chiefdom of Baylara and Serrano. It was founded on the beginning of Era Nova.

Its current leader, Semet, or Kheta-Semet (Semet the Goddess) was chosen by The Six to govern the city when it was preyed on by deceiving wizards, saving the citizens from a terrible fate.
