Hello people of the world!
Whether it be Human or Creature, dead or alive, I, the High Chief of Baylara, Estorrum, have astounding news for you all. Our recently acquired territory is unfortunately devoid of a lot, but most importantly: People.
That's why Baylara will now support anyone willing to settle in this region and, with it, in our country. My state will support you with iron, copper, food, and the building materials you need to settle this land.
— High Chief Estorrum
