Part of the Plan for expanding the Capital City, a new Palace has been constructed to house the High Chief and his family. The vast tunnel system under the palace will also house the administrative organ of the state. It is seen as a show of wealth because so much copper was used in its construction, much of it being only recently mined.
After the completion of the Palace, a speech of the High Chief himself explained that only by the hard working nature of the Balarans it is possible that this state survives.
He also explained that to support the ever growing population of Baylara, that he will financially support the construction of multiple new farms around the city to feed it
