Escape of Roulette from Calaverian Federal Prison!
It has been confirmed by Calaverian officials last night that the infamous criminal and domestic terrorist, known only as Roulette, has escaped from his cell in Calaverian Federal Prison.
Roulette was first charged by police and officers of the Federation of Southern Calaverian States* in Year -1 after being caught smuggling gear and bombs over the border to the Calaverian Commune** to fund their front in the war. After being captured, Roulette was brought to a courthouse in eastern Calaveria, where by extraordinary circumstances, a massive explosion occurred which caused the courthouse to burn down, killing nearly 200 innocent civilians. Amidst the chaos, he managed to escape and flee the nation. Nearly 2 years later, fishmen in the northern seas of Calaveria found him stranded on an island where he was rescued and brought back to the hands of the new republic's jurisdiction.
But now, by miraculous circumstances, Roulette somehow managed to escape once again into the wild. The authorities are in desperate need of aid in locating him and bringing him back to be executed. In the words of the president, "Be advised that this man is extremely dangerous and will not be easy to capture without aid. If you spot him, please notify Calaverian authorities immediately to handle the capture."
