Nearly five years after a massive and deadly tropical storm devastated Viscarro City, authorities in Calaveria and the State of Viscarono have announced plans to rebuild the city. The storm, which nearly wiped Viscarro off the map, destroyed much of the city's infrastructure, killing thousands, and forced thousands more to evacuate and relocate. Since then, the city has remained largely abandoned.
President Anthony Calabreso has announced that reconstruction has begun, with plans to restore residential areas, businesses, roads, and government buildings. Calabreso also announced that by the Spring of Year 6, the capital of Calaveria will be moved back south, marking the beginning of the government's return to the region.
